Here’s some of my favorite medicine ball drills to utilize with pitchers

Start Friday at throw 90 pitches......reset the body on Saturday. Priority is regain lost motion. We let the body rest post game. No exercises or programs. And heat it back up the next day w lots of blood flow.
Lyon Richardson: 93-97mph last night & struck out 11/12 hitters he faced (0 baserunners). Hit a HR, too. Most impressive part of his weekend, though, is that he was back in the gym at 9am today. Many athletes say they “want it,” but few appreciate how much work “it” really takes.

How ur arm performs THIS Spring will be a MAJOR reflection of what ur doing THIS month!
In MOST cases, u prob should be:
1) Throwing 5-6 days a wk (even indoor into a net)
2) Arm Care (ie bands) 5-6 days a wk

Some drill work I do at home with a tennis ball. I let the ball hit the wall first before making a move. Usually use this as a warm up as well before progressing into harder drills
