@lillinaut@ruffydfire What does Islam say? Can you please enlighten us? Which aspects of Deen she doesn't understand? Can you raise points to prove her wrong using Islamic jurisprudence and principles?
@theebigglovee@EleluAyoola Which developmental strides please? When someone is trying to hide from his responsibility and some of you are still blaming someone else, I don't really understand your kind of allegiance to your governor.
First, there is nothing like “court marriage.” A court is not a place where wedding ceremonies are conducted. What people casually call court marriage is actually a statutory marriage conducted by the marriage registry under the Matrimonial Causes Act.
In Islam, marriages are conducted under Sharia Law. And yes, there are areas of conflict between the MCA and Sharia Law but that does not invalidate Islamic marriages. A marriage conducted under Sharia Law is legally valid just as a marriage under customary law is valid and a nikaah certificate issued by a Sharia Court is valid and acceptable for immigration purposes.
@SuperGre3n1@SirJarus Show me where we actually held their keeper as they did yesterday. This is not actually to play victim or claim glory, it's all about justice.
@SuperGre3n1@SirJarus Bro, can you show where we held any keeper like they did yesterday? We should stop the bias. Arsenal is a better side than any English team this season. In fact, in the last three seasons, no one has accumulated more points than us in the league.
You are a blockhead. Your forefathers were never fortunate enough to be guided, hence, your current predicament.
You are sitting on a chair we built, using a phone we made possible, to talk about a lack of intelligence. It is the height of irony. You are screaming about IQ while using a system of logic built by the very people you are insulting.
You are a man with no history of your own, just a collection of trends you picked up from the West to feel relevant. You call the Creator a demon while you live off the leftovers of His scholars.
Here is what you fail to know about the roots you don't have:
1.Algorithms and Algebra: You cannot even open your X app without Al-Khwarizmi. He gave the world the math and the algorithms that run every piece of tech you worship. While the people you admire were in the dark, he was mapping the future of digital logic.
2.Modern Medicine and Surgery: You think the West invented the hospital or the scalpel? Look up Al-Zahrawi. He created the surgical tools and the procedures that doctors still use in 2026 to save lives. Ibn Sina wrote the medical books that Europe used for five hundred years just to survive.
3.Higher Education: Even the very idea of a degree-granting university came from a Muslim woman, Fatima al-Fihri. She founded the first one in the world while the rest of the globe was still figuring out how to organize a classroom.
You are an attache. You have no foundation. You just bark out whatever the West tells you is "modern" because you are desperate for their validation.
We have a law that gave us the divine blueprint and a history of carrying the world on our backs while you were still lost. Realize your place before you talk about intellect.
Get a life bro.
@SuperGre3n1@SirJarus Oga, the foul was done on Raya and it was done by the two players. Everyone held each other during corners and it's not new. However, the time you foul a keeper, you become a subject. Arsenal weren't lucky, it was a clear foul. Period!
@AbuMustaeina If we people actually know what has been written down for us, we will reflect on every statement that comes out from our mouth. Life and circumstances can teach a big lesson. Never say never.
@sandygudie@YusufAsunmogejo You're not in someone's reality and yet you're projecting negativity. Do you think everyone is toxic and has an evil mind? Are you people not thinking at all? What and where is the problem?
@powerfulbadeeu Actually, if someone graduates with such a result, I doubt if there's a way. People with BSC lower are finding it difficult to find one.
I have the tweet from the OP and the quoted tweet. I have also talked about this several times on this space.
Here is what I have learned on this matter:
The first thing we have to understand is that while every soul is a trust, the Law is not meant to be a trap that destroys you. In the science of the objectives of the Law, Al-Shatibi explains in his book Al-Muwafaqat that the preservation of life is a top priority, but it must be balanced with the avoidance of extreme hardship.
If saving one life requires the financial destruction of a father's ability to care for the rest of his family, it creates a conflict. We do not solve the problem of a sick child by making the rest of the household living ghosts under the weight of 20+ million naira in debt.
There is also the question of whether medical treatment is mandatory when the cost is this high. Imam al-Nawawi clarifies in Al-Majmu’ that if the success of the treatment is not guaranteed but the debt will definitely ruin you, the obligation is lifted.
He made us to understand that you cannot fix one harm by inflicting a permanent harm on your other children and your marriage. The principle that hardship brings ease is there for a reason. A man has a duty to those he can support without falling into a hole he can never climb out of.
Again, when the price of survival is millions, the responsibility moves from the father to the whole community. If you wondering why Muslim communities engage in crowdfunding for health issues. This is a reason.
Al-Jassas mentions in Ahkam al-Quran that the wealth of the community is supposed to serve the needs of the weak. If the father is poor, it becomes a communal obligation, or a Fard Kifayah.
This means the sin of the child passing away due to a lack of funds falls on the wealthy members of society and the state, not on the parents who have no means. Crowdfunding is the right way to share this weight so it does not crush one man alone.
And finally, we have to be humble enough to accept the limits of our power. Ibn al-Hammam points out in Fath al-Qadir that when the means to an end are out of reach, the legal responsibility is gone.
If the money is not there after trying to find help, the father is not a murderer and he is not at fault. He is a man who reached his limit. The child returns to its Creator, and the father is not expected to commit financial suicide.
Allah knows best.
