@kroger curious as to why you are once again charging $5 for pickup orders. The online support agent said it wasn't a mistake but it feels a bit preemptive to start charging people considering that the pandemic is still in full effect.
Please reconsider this until a later date
@Xfinity fyi--used your call back option just now when on hold for support. Robocall called me back but when I pressed 1 to talk to someone, it said that option was invalid and hung up. This happened twice so now just waiting 20 mins for the next rep.
@SlackHQ@floopily Just adding another voice to allow the ability to turn this feature off. I use hotkeys to jump between messages but I will occasionally scroll to do the same. Consistency in placement is the highest priority for me to navigate the app. Thanks for considering.
