The Three Minute Thesis competition celebrates the exciting research conducted by graduate students. 3MT is a competition that challenges research students to communicate the significance of their projects to a general audience in just three minutes.
The concept sprang from the University of Queensland Graduate School in 2008, and competitions are now run over in 200 institutions internationally. Participation in Baylor University Graduate Schoolโs 3MT competition meets requirements for the Outstanding Doctoral Research Award

Meghan Fletcher is a first-year Ph.D. student in the Higher Education Studies & Leadership program at Baylor.
Now, she is the Graduate Apprenticeship in the Office of the Provost at University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in Belton, Texas. Meghan loves spending time with people, reading, painting, and cooking!
