"But..why would he leave you guys? My leo would never do that."

Raph barked out a bitter laugh.

“No. He bailed for some ‘trainin’’ in South America. Was supposed to be back almost a year ago. Didn’t. I had picked up the slack.” His hand balled into a fist.

“Who needs him anyways? We’re gettin’ along fine without him.”

Pausing in his run Mikey frowned.

"Leo left? Are you sure he didn't just get lost in the library again like mine does?"

Oh how different their Leo's were.

"And...I do it as a promise to an old timer...tryin' to do the right thing since Leo up and bailed on his little 'vacation.'" He said bitterly.

In awe of his brother Mikey continued to jump around seeming to have no issue with his speed and agility. Indeed this Mikey was different but still that instantly skilled ninja Mikey always was.

"So Raph i gotta ask, whats with the bat man get up?"

He jumped up to the parapet of the rooftop before running across to jump to the next one.

Jumping from rooftop to rooftop he hummed in thought.

"So! What kinds bad guys is it? The robbery kind? The heist kind? Oh oh! The foot kind!?"

“C’mon, it’s only a few blocked from here.” He moved to the alley jumping off the wall to grab a fire escape, hoisting himself up to head to the rooftop.

Eyes formed stars, jumping over to hug his older brother round the shoulders. Chirping excitedly.
