一大早就看到老外发avail空投规则泄露的这个图，跟小伙伴讨论了一下，应该是真的，现在估计设成private了。

币安研究室去年研究da层，就把avail和celestia、eigenda放一起写过研报，昨天又用长达39页的篇幅介绍这三。上币安应该是稳了！

核心是让现有的EOA（MM等受限于私钥/助记词/交易签名的钱包）与智能合约账户相结合，降低现有钱包复杂的使用门槛，提高crypto的普及率。
