@brindleh Oh it’s amazing in a bad way how much body just get stiffer when you quit some movement isn’t it I still can and trying to stay in squat position more often. Like pull weed or doing stuffs on the floor squat in stead of stay on my knees

Tried to make it at home it’s not the same you really need super powerful blender

@LoneNomadicSoul I grew up using old way toilet squat. And after getting older sitting on the chair or seat for a long time the body just stiffened up. Have to always squat down stretching my calves. Still can do it but definitely feel tighter
