It would be similar if two APIs switched from REST to gRPC for speed.

Authors Anton and Boris used the ggwave library to make the AIs communicate faster over a phone call and got 1st place in a hackathon (called Gibberlink).

They did this because AI agents increasingly handle hotel bookings and answer customer calls.

Is this just the start of AI rewriting how we communicate?
