Thank you @kneeovertoesguy! I've been a runner for 40+ years. Always did plenty of strength work but was for years getting knee pain on stairs. Following your advice, I started doing reverse treadmill and reverse sled. Wow—completely cured within a week! Absolutely remarkable.
The final official episode of DOUBT: The Case of Lucy Letby is out now. It's a look at why it's so difficult to overturn a potential wrongful conviction, no matter the evidence.
If you haven't listened to this series yet, please BINGE IT NOW! I'm very proud of it.
@CosmicSkeptic I'm enjoying your episodes about consciousness but I feel you often skip over and take for granted claims that the late great Dan Dennett would pick you up on. So can you interview someone from DD's illusionist school of thought? @keithfrankish perhaps?
@ToKTeacher@briankeating@MakingSenseHQ I miss Dan Dennett (I know you probably don't entirely agree with DD but he was a very good counterpoint to the likes of SH on this)
Listen to the excellent podcast Doubt by @amandaknox. Prediction: Lucy Letby will eventually be found to be innocent and there will be a massive enquiry into why she was convicted.
@jwhitey98 Ah, I see you participate in Schrödinger's Parkrun - simultaneously so trivial for women that it's ridiculous and weird of us to want to change the rules and yet so important for men that any suggestion of a rule change has life-destroying consequences for whole groups of people
@DavidDeutschOxf in case you've not seen it, here's a joyous clip of the late great Ken Campbell recounting his time interviewing you.

@ToKTeacher might also enjoy it.
Full anecdote is 30 mins while he walks his dog.
@ToKTeacher@DavidDeutschOxf The original interview was for the 1990sCh4 doc series Reality on the Rocks (sometimes available on YouTube) which was very good. Ken also based one of his one-man shows on it but alas I didn't get to go.
