I have been trapped inside the M2 services twice now due to your failure to notify the public that services were closing.

No gantry signage, LED screens or even standard yellow signage stating times of closure. Entry to the services seemed fine. Exiting was a different story.

If works are to commence which result in the closure of a 24/7 fuel station and truck stop, and a motorway on slip, this should be notified to the public. In advance and all day long.

If this was advertised and I somehow managed to miss it, let’s do better.
