Our Q2 presentation from yesterday:

Despite two very tough quarters for the market, we managed to grow H1 revenue compared with last year. Not nearly as much as I want, but still growth in a difficult environment.

More importantly, we achieved something fundamental: MiCA. The underlying operational loss was relatively small, and we now have a strong balance sheet, a market that appears to be waking up and some genuinely exciting opportunities ahead.

Volatility from quarter to quarter should be expected, but personally, I’m extremely positive about what we can build and where we can take K33 in the coming years.

I may of course be completely wrong. Building a business is hard, risky and comes with no guarantees. But I believe deeply in what we are building at K33. That’s why I’m fully invested, both financially and personally, and why I go to work every day determined to make it succeed 🫡

K33 increases its effective Bitcoin exposure through Sixty Six Capital 🗝️

Sixty Six has entered into a 12-month call option for up to 200 BTC at a $100k strike. Through K33’s ~46% ownership, this gives K33 up to ~92 BTC of additional look-through exposure.

Sixty Six is also moving from ETF exposure to direct, on-chain BTC, with K33 supporting execution, custody and treasury operations.

A strong example of the strategic fit between K33 and Sixty Six.
