Solana Ecosystem Map 2026 for Founders.
@solana remains the strongest ecosystem to build on in crypto.
As the founder of @NOMADZxyz, I have spent years navigating the ecosystem end to end. From communities and hackathons to grants, accelerators, and fundraising, I have personally gone through each stage.
Based on that experience, here is a clear roadmap of the sources that deserve your attention in 2026.
1. Communities
Your starting point should be people. Surround yourself with founders, builders, and contributors who are already active in the ecosystem.
Start with:
➩ Global @superteam and local Superteams such as @SuperteamAE, @SuperteamDE, @SuperteamPOL, @SuperteamUKR, and others.
This is also one of the strongest entry points to access experienced builders and early-stage funding through Instagrants (up to $10k grants).
➩ Solana-native communities such as @MonkeDAO, @islanddao, and @MadLads.
2. Hackathons
Hackathons allow you to test your product in real conditions, receive feedback, secure early funding, and build long-term relationships.
Programs worth your attention:
➩ @colosseum, including main (twice a year) and Eternal tracks.
➩ @solanamobile & @RadiantsDAO, focused on mobile apps for the Solana dApp Store.
➩ Solana hackathons by @Arcium and @magicblock with multiple additional bounties.
➩ Local hackathons organized by Superteams.
3. Grants (Non-Dilutive Funding)
At an early stage, raising large amounts of venture capital is rare. Start with smaller, strategic funding that validates your project and extends your runway.
Key sources:
➩ @SolanaFndn ($40k on average)
➩ @MetaplexFndn (based on DAO decision)
➩ @superteam (up to $10k)
➩ @solanamobile (up to $10k)
➩ @MonkeFoundry (up to $10k)
4. Accelerators
Accelerators provide structured support in product development, go-to-market strategy, fundraising preparation, and network access.
Leading programs:
➩ @colosseum
➩ @OrangeDAOxyz
➩ @incubator led by @solanalabs
➩ @venture_launch
➩ @alliance
5. Conferences and IRL Events
Physical presence accelerates trust and relationship building. Strategic conversations at events often lead to partnerships, funding, and distribution opportunities.
Events that consistently generate outcomes:
➩ Solana Breakpoint and Accelerate by @SolanaEvents.
➩ Regional events hosted by Superteams.
➩ Events organized by ecosystem companies such as @Backpack, @MeteoraAG and @JupiterExchange.
6. Bootcamps
Bootcamps provide focused education and deep ecosystem immersion. They strengthen both expertise and relationships within specific verticals.
Strong options include:
➩ @mtndao
➩ @venture_launch
➩ @sns Month at the @ns
This roadmap is based on personal experience.
I have gone through almost all of these programs and understand the practical value they bring to founders.
Comment “Founder” and I will send you additional opportunities I am currently tracking inside the Solana ecosystem.
Happy Spring Festival! 🧧🐴

From time to time, people ask me: "Ronin, how do you get a job in crypto right now? CT is almost dead…"
first, I want to share an unpopular opinion: a job in Web3 is not a bad path, it's often the most effective one
I'll explain this using the example of @Rakib_Web3, who I started working with just a few months ago, and who has already achieved very strong results
especially now, when most opportunities in the market are just gambling with an unjustified risk & reward ratio, and most people are simply lying to themselves and wanting to believe in new narratives
The story of Rakib, who grew from an assistant into an accelerator employee:
i have a friend, Rakib, who messaged me a few months ago and offered to help
he didn't look for a job in the traditional way, and immediately showed initiative and sent what he had already done
His first actions:
- he messaged me saying he wanted to be useful and asked, "how?"
- i replied and thought about what i could delegate to him
- he started helping me with small but real tasks that genuinely unloaded my workload
Over time, this turned into:
- regular collaboration
- trust
- and eventually, a role in the accelerator alongside me, someone he initially just helped
there was no CV and no LinkedIn, only high initiative and a real willingness to do quality work
however, there were a few points that really caught my attention, and yes, i'm ready to share them
[Points that help you stand out when looking for a job in Web3]:
I. building a personal brand on X (as early proof of work and mindset)
II. your previous experience, or at least a clear direction you’re aiming for (most importantly, that you’re not a gambler with short-term goals)
III. first actions and initiative before you even start working with someone
IV. realistic salary expectations based on your experience, or lack of it
V. willingness to work full-time and long-term, which is rare right now
[What a reasonable path to finding a Web3 job should look like]:
1. define your real strengths and what you want to do (research, content creation, marketing, etc.)
2. start building your X presence and look for people you'd genuinely like to work with
3. analyze what this person actually needs right now and complete a test task before messaging them
4. reach out immediately, sharing your goals and the completed test task
5. find people with the same mindset, together, you'll be stronger
i want to leave one important and honest take here: the speculative side of crypto is NOT a career, it's risk lol
but if you look at crypto as the future of finance or infra projects, it's a very strong niche with a solid future ahead
soon, it won't be much different from traditional fintech
big players are entering the space, and that's also part of the growth
you either use your time and experience here as leverage, or you move on to other niches
so, what do you choose???
AI side hustles can make you $4,999 every week.
I have created a guide to help you start one and make $700 everyday.
Usually, I'd charge $199 for this, but today I'm giving it away for FREE
