However, Google alone decides whether, on what terms, students get access to these incredibly costly AI infrastructures. This is the opposite of "democratizing."
In fact, it's another example of how acute concentration of power in the AI industry is.
I have two suggestions for Elon:
1. Slartibartfast is a far more appropriate name for a snarky chatbot.
2. He should run the #LLM on #Groq ™ so he can provide sarcasm at speed.

MAJOR UPDATE: All planetary boundaries are assessed, and six are crossed.
For the first time ever, scientists have quantified all nine planetary boundaries. Six of them are already transgressed and we are increasing pressure on the others.

More #CCP ministers have gone missing:
The latest on the list: The CCP’s famous “wolf warrior” and the current (and a former) Foreign Minister #WangYi.
There are rumors that Wang Yi has been ordered to write a self-criticism at home, allegedly because he embarrassed #XiJinping at the #BRICSSummit2023. Do you remember Xi Jinping's interpreter being blocked by security personnel, leading to various embarrassing moments for Xi?
In my personal opinion, this rumor is likely true. The reason is that Wang Yi did not accompany #Chinese #Premier #LiQiang to the #G20India2023 and will not come to #NewYork for the annual #UN General Assembly.
Furthermore, #LiZhaoxing, the former Chinese Foreign Minister who has been retired for as long as 16 years and is now 83 years old, recently reemerged to represent the CCP at the 7th #China-Australia High-Level Dialogue. (See picture 2. Li Zhaoxing with Craig Emerson, the head of the Australian delegation and a former trade minister on Sep 7).
This suggests that there is a shortage of capable individuals in the CCP's diplomatic system.
I wonder if Xi Jinping might be reminiscing about his former Foreign Minister #QinGang, who was so attentive that he would count the steps of the museum staircases during Xi's overseas visits.
The CCP is using information warfare on WeChat to unseat Canadian lawmakers. So tell me again why banning TikTok, a direct channel for influence of the American youth vote, is a bad idea. https://t.co/Q6Xcm87oeC

I welcome all efforts to create new, improved social networks, but also😂at everyone "Quitting Twitter to avoid the billionaire man child. Find me on FB & Insta." Hello? Have you seen Mark Zuckerberg? Dude offered to let Xi Jinping name his first-born child.
Every #ElectionDay I wake up and wonder: Will this be the day that far right white nationalists allied w/ Russia & China successfully undermine U.S. democracy through information and legal jiu-jitsu? It’s by far the most stressful day of the year.

👀 Fast scaling has massive downsides: startups that scale more quickly fail more, but are no more likely to succeed than those that scale slower.
Why? Because scaling marks the end of experimenting. Startups that scale after lots of experiments succeed. https://t.co/MRHGIgCrDM
