Early intervention – it’s a must
This session aims to emphasise the critical role of identifying and addressing the factors that contribute to homelessness at an early stage.
The session will explore successful models and evidence-based practices that demonstrate the effectiveness of early intervention strategies in reducing child and youth homelessness.
