@VeggieV Yes called them - they couldn’t escalate because the operator was WFH . Consumer Rights Act means I can ask for refund as goods faulty but just want a new battery without waiting 3 weeks for someone to look at it and taking time off work !

And @DFSCare u have started the finance plan so I am now paying for the broken sofa. You could send me battery and I could send old one back and sorted within days why would you waste engineer time and lose all my and my family’s good will for a battery ?
