You need to mail them a claim and they have to respond within 30 days. But I've also been reading that they won't respond https://t.co/eup74ZnLKs

@therealboyks @FlairAirlines @FlySwoop @WestJet ahold of anyone is beyond disbelief. If you also type our flight number into the website (not the app) it shows me it's still on time 🙄 and then if you search the flight number on the app the flight doesn't exist!

Honestly I don't get how you can delay a flight 13 hours before it's supposed to take off with an 11 hour delay. That's a 24 hours difference from when they delayed it. I'm beyond pissed!!
