If I can reach even one person who is struggling, it will make this journey truly worthwhile.

Deeply saddened by the loss of Lt Cdr Chris Gayson, Lt Lily-Mae Fisher and PO Owen Green in this tragic training crash.
Brave, skilled and committed to serving others. My thoughts are with their families, friends and colleagues. We owe them so much.
It is with great sadness that we can confirm the deaths of Lieutenant Commander Chris Gayson and Lieutenant Lily-Mae Fisher of 846 Naval Air Squadron, and Petty Officer Owen Green of 845 Naval Air Squadron, who died in Devon during routine training activity on 3 June.
I was saddened to hear of the death of Alex Younger. He embodied the very best of what the Secret Intelligence Service stands for - integrity, courage, and an unwavering commitment to protecting this country and its people. Britain has lost an exceptional public servant. My thoughts are with Lady Younger and their family. W
One of the kindest things you can say to someone with PTSD is: “You make sense.”
Because their reactions are learned survival responses.

Trauma lives in the body, not just the memory.
You gently teach your nervous system that it is safe again. You don’t “just move on”.
Be patient with yourself. Healing is not linear.

When individuals are embedded in environments where exceptional achievement is commonplace, the boundary between the ‘ordinary’ and the ‘extraordinary’ dissolves.
Humans are storytelling animals. What we believe is possible is shaped less by objective limits and more by the narratives we absorb from those around us.
In high-pressure environments, judgment matters more than intelligence.
Intelligence helps you process data.
Judgment helps you decide what to do when the data is incomplete, contradictory, or late.
The hardest decisions I ever made were not made with perfect information.

There is a quiet intelligence in nature that asks nothing of us. Only that we belong.
Belonging is something we return to.
And sometimes, all it takes… is a walk in the mountains.
Today, our hearts are with everyone affected by the attack in Manchester on the night of 22 May 2017, especially the families who lost loved ones. We know these nine years have carried a pain that does not simply pass with time.
We remember them. And we always will. 🐝
It was a genuine privilege to have endured something as demanding as this, and I can’t think of a more worthwhile cause.
And to have shared the experience alongside individuals of such calibre, each a legend in their own right, made it all the more remarkable.
UK Armed Forces Personnel have conducted a Parachute Operation to deliver critical medical support to Tristan da Cunha - Britains most remote inhabited island overseas territory. Paratroopers and military clinicians from @16AirAssltBCT, jumped from an A400 aircraft during the Op.
Aristotle called it suzen.
"To live alongside."
2,300 years ago, he argued that the good life is not possible in isolation.
That we are designed for community the way fish are designed for water.
That flourishing requires other people, as the conditions under which we become ourselves.
He was right.
And unfortunately, modern life has quietly dismantled every structure that used to create it.
That's where Forge comes in.
Cohort 001 is forming.
The people who get in first are the ones who help build what this becomes.
