This Tuesday saw the latest Pathfinder Easter family engagement event, organised by families for families. There were arts and crafts, sweet treats and Easter eggs for every child, as well as a visit from the Easter Bunny of course!
Many thanks to donations from @ConvergenceHQ

It was an absolute pleasure to meet Laurence Turner MP today & discuss our work supporting & empowering families in #Northfield. We hugely appreciate his understanding, insights & support regarding the needs of local schools and families, and #SEND in particular. @larry_turner

'It was unconventional, because it didn’t sit under any particular bit of the hierarchy. It wasn’t part of the system. It was a little enclave.'

The Pitch-In crew were at @hawkesleycpc this morning clearing a garden space that had become overgrown; and cleared over 40 bags of garden waste. They literally ‘found paths!’ Enabling more accessible space for the school community!

This is Shared Authority in Action! 💚💪💚 💪

[Birmingham Pathfinder @BhamPathfinder]

Today @BhamPathinder families+staff came together for a Pathfinder ‘Pitch-In’. Whereby our families give their time to help others in their community.

Our shared authority work is at the heart of what we do: where our Pathfinder families get to show just what they can do with the right support. We are so grateful to @TNLComFund whose funding means we can take this work to the next level!

Six months ago, I left the NHS after over 20 years—a leap guided by vision, and fuelled by equal parts excitement and fear.
Today, after completing four inspiring days of NVR training with an incredible Birmingham-based organisation, @BhamPathfinder I’m filled with gratitude.
