For 137 years, the Lumbee Tribe have been fighting for federal recognition, and today the federal government has finally honored that promise. President Trump traveled to Robeson County and pledged to get federal recognition done. He kept that promise and showed extraordinary leadership. With the Senate passage of the NDAA, the Lumbee Tribe of North Carolina will now achieve full federal recognition and access to every federal benefit they have earned and deserve.

In today’s increasingly violent political climate, North Carolinians deserve leaders who can debate without melting down. @GovJoshStein and @RoyCooperNC should publicly denounce their party chair’s comment and answer for why they think profanity and threats pass for politics.

That attitude shows up everywhere. Democrats push cashless bail that unleashes violent offenders, then cover for the damage by hurling playground insults. Families pay the price—and voters see through it.

Anderson is the proof. When Democrats can’t defend failure, they curse. When they can’t win on the merits, they tell people to shut up. That’s their playbook, and North Carolina is tired of it.

So go ahead, throw your tantrums. We’ll keep racking up wins.

Charlie Kirk was what everyone wanted their son to grow up to be like - a loving father, a devoted husband, and a strong leader who fought for what mattered. He was an example to a generation of young people of what the Christian ideal was - loving, caring, and devoted to Christ.
