Loan subsidy , interest relief may hv been provided to middle income housing #CLSS for #MIG #LIG on which 50000 cr. was spent.

25000 cr is probably allocated under #SWAMIHinvestment fund which has lots of conditions to fulfill and hence the benefit of the same is really not available to MIDDLE CLASS.

Sir, your speech was silent about homebuyers undergoing process under #IBC @IBBIlive #IBCFUND

#RERA is a toothless and spineless law and @MoHUA_India @HardeepSPuri ..very much aware of the same.  Data will speak for itself.

Approval of the #Resolution_plan of @SurakshaGroup_ by #NCLT was provided on 07-03-2023, the construction is still not happening. Suraksha group don't even care to speak with homebuyers and are using #IBC as the "earning mechanism" for themselves.
