My advise never buy a @BekoUK product. There customers service is appalling! My tumble dryer broke 3 months ago and they have cancelled 3 times for a engineer to come and fix it! Never called me I’ve always had to call them! Now have no tumble for Christmas!! Absolute disgrace!

@AdmiralUK I will be reporting them to the FCA and the ombudsman! They should not be allowed to take peoples money and then do nothing! Say nothing! When a claim is put forward
@AdmiralUK I’ve never once been called by admiral to discuss my claim in 6 weeks!! I’ve had to ring every week for a update and sat on hold for over 45mins/1hr every time! There customers service is a disgrace
@AdmiralUK my car was found the day it was stolen and has been with admiral for the last 5 weeks without anyone making a decision on whether im getting repaired and returned or a total loss!
