@raghav2956 A few improvements can be made. Hard corner at tooth root is a big no no. Would you design a water pipe with a hard 90, or sweep it? Mechanically, those teeth are going to vibrate a lot. Id close down the gap between teeth a little depending on airgap and magnet shape.

@keegreil Thats the rub, its enabling things that time just wouldn't allow otherwise. My buddy cant code. Hes top teir for networking and security systems, knows hardware and signals really well. His home automation is impressive. But writing an app himself, not in the cards.
