GM! GM!! Guys, we did it!
We are proud to share that Blockfuse Labs emerged winners in two categories at the Web3Nigeria Awards:
π Ecosystem Impact Award
π Event of the Year: @prodfest Web3 Conference (Jos)
These wins reflect the work we care deeply about: building real Web3 education, empowering developers, and creating spaces where community and ideas grow with purpose.
Huge respect to all the incredible communities who were nominated alongside us.
Grateful to our builders, partners, and community.
Appreciation to @Web3Nigeria for organizing these meritorious awards.
Onward.

Fridays are quick to come by.
If your code didn't work this week, you're not behind.
If you asked questions, learned something new, or fixed one bug you couldn't solve on Monday, that's progress.
See you back at it next week.
No slow month over here. π
July is bringing:
π Cohort V updates
π Our 2nd anniversary countdown
ποΈ X Space
β‘ Gean Protocol updates
We are building, learning, and celebrating all month long.
Stay tuned. The best is yet to come.
GM, builders.
Happy Birthday, Edwin Paul! π
Your work has played a meaningful role in capturing key moments and shaping the media teamβs storytelling over time.
Wishing you many fruitful years ahead. Enjoy!
With love from the Blockfuse Labs family.

π This is for every developer.
Mentorship doesn't replace effort.
It removes unnecessary confusion.
The right mentor won't do the work for you, but they can save you years of trial and error by giving clarity and direction.
Find one today.
Back to building.
A new week means another opportunity to learn, improve, and ship.
P.S. Thanks to everyone who made Saturday's football match one to remember. πβ½
This was not what we expected.
The students turned the tables on the engineers, delivering an 11β7 victory in a goal-frenzy thriller.
What was expected to be another chapter of Engineer dominance became a statement win for the students, who emphatically rewrote the rivalry.
Congratulations to the students on a well-deserved victory. Until next time.
π Day 11 of my Web Development Journey @blockfuselabs
Today's challenge wasn't another lecture...
We were given an assignment to replicate a full webpage using only HTML. π»
No CSS. No JavaScript. Just pure HTML.
It sounds simple until you actually sit down to build it. π
Every assignment reminds me that knowing tags is one thingβusing them to recreate a real website is another.
I'm far from where I want to be, but I'm definitely not where I started.
On to the next challenge. π₯

Tomorrow, the students will have another chance to rewrite history.
Will the students finally get their revenge, or will the engineers continue to prove they're good with football as they are with code? β½
We'll find out this Saturday as Engineers take on Students.

The @Celo Build Day provided a great platform for developers to get hands-on with MiniPay and Celopedia while exploring what building on Celo looks like in practice.
We had a splendid time learning, building, and connecting with developers eager to contribute to the growing Celo ecosystem.
You know youβre in a real learning environment when:
Errors become a normal part of conversation.
Nobody is ashamed of βitβs not working yet.β
We normalise those types of conversations @blockfuselabs
The child doesn't know the salary.
Doesn't know the bills.
Doesn't know the pressure.
They just know Dad showed up.
That's the greatest superpower of all.
Happy Father's Day.
@EmmanuelWi87537@ScarFaceLabs Every great website starts with HTML.
You're laying the foundation now, and that's what matters. One step at a time. Keep building.
We are now live.
Developers, founders, and builders are gathered at Blockfuse Labs for @Celo Build Day to explore scaling dApps with Celo and MiniPay.
By building once, you can access over 15 million activated wallets through MiniPay's expanding ecosystem.
We are also focusing on Mini Apps, lightweight agents, distribution, and real-world adoption.
The future of consumer crypto will be shaped by practical products that people use, rather than speculation.
Who do you think has more leverage in today's digital economy?
1. The person using the software
2. The person building software
π Tell us why in the comments.
If builders want to stay relevant in the Web3 ecosystem, they need more than technical skills.
They need to rethink how products are built, how communities are coordinated, and how value is created and distributed.
The technical skills matter.
But the shift in thinking matters even more.
