@AmbokoJH In the draft,KPLC will pay customers for unplanned outages causing property damage, business loss or death.Will pay within 3 months after claim is determined.Customers will NOT be paid if outage was caused by 3rd-party or customerโs fault, or if report not made within 30 days
@AmbokoJH They actually published the draft Electricity (Reliability and Quality of Supply and Quality of Service) Regulations, 2022 in September 2022 but there has not been any movement since.
