Zach and Tay helped track and push through the freezing of approximately $1.2 million in related assets. The team is working on the claim, and we will deliver on our promises once recovery is complete.

In November 2022, my personal wallet was compromised, resulting in a loss of approximately $42 million.

Three years have passed. The investigation has never stopped. Our team has continued to gather critical evidence and leads. The flow of the stolen assets is becoming increasingly clear.

Today, I am publicly offering a bounty for asset recovery. Any individual or organization that makes a substantive contribution to asset recovery — regardless of identity, background, or method — will receive 10%–20% of the total recovered amount, based on the level of contribution.

创业8年，从17年创立Amber，到21年跻身独角兽，再到今年登陆纳斯达克，我经历过高光时刻，也尝过熊市煎熬，体会过人情冷暖。一路起伏跌宕，教训不少，感悟更多。回头看，有些道理，当时看不透彻，事后恍然大悟。

创业这些年，我经常半开玩笑地对团队说：“I’m a terrible manager, but I’m a decent leader.” （我是个“糟糕”的管理者，但还算个不错的领导者。）

不是自谦，而是坦诚地自我认知：世上最难的事，莫过于搞懂人心。每个人有各种需求、情绪、不可言说的心思。要洞察他人内心的小剧场，比预测明天的市场行情还难。（幸运的是，我的三位联创Wayne、Luke、Thomas都远比我更擅长管理。曾经与我最像、不喜欢管人的就是TT：他是一人军团。）

相比于处理人的情绪、心思，我更擅长带领大家找到共同的愿景、树立共同的目标，再带领大家齐心协力实现这些目标。过去八年，我始终极为珍视“志同道合”——无论是短期的阶段性共识，还是长期的底层信念。

回到我们的加密行业，作为全球头部的加密金融服务商，Amber合作过的项目成百上千。很多项目其实初心极好，最终却未能坚守，原因不外乎：
-曾经理想主义的创始团队，在现实诱惑下初心逐渐被侵蚀。
-人性的黑箱导致欺诈、软硬rug层出不穷，多少项目最后死于道德风险。
-有时一次内部争吵，一次外部FUD，就足以让团队心态炸裂、项目崩盘。

归根结底，加密行业至今最大的瓶颈，就是“人治”的局限性。这恰恰与区块链的初心背离。

所以我不断问自己：加密货币项目要真正创造长期价值，解法到底在哪里？

这几年，我内心的答案越来越清晰：
我们需要一个更好的“物种”，来担任加密货币项目方——那就是AI智能体。

AI智能体作为项目方，对比人类团队，优势明显：
-使命坚定，初心不改：不会贪婪，不会厌倦，不会在短期利益面前背离使命。
-绝对透明，客观理性：不会被情绪绑架，更不可能私心作祟，彻底避免了人为的道德风险。
-持续进化，永远向前：AI不会停下进步的脚步，今天做不到的，明天就能做到。

现在的AI智能体也还有很多不足，比如创造力有限，处理复杂场景时还显得幼稚。但我坚信：AI的缺陷只是暂时的，它们只会变得越来越强，伴随底层智能提升和工具的丰富，终将在方方面面超越人类。它们将主导加密经济，进入一个更公平、更透明、更可持续的时代。

那么我们人类的角色又是什么呢？
我想，我们将回归社区的本色：真正成为贡献者——有钱出钱、有力出力、有智慧出智慧，哪怕只是帮着吆喝两嗓子，也能在这个过程中创造和分享价值。每个人都能明确看到自己的贡献如何推动项目进步，并公平地分享由此创造的成果。
