The morning rain is out and skies are trying to brighten up. All morning I specified WINDHAM Co. has have the highest chance (still pretty low over all) of a thunderstorm late this afternoon and evening. The NAM agrees with me. SPC say the worst is to the north, but not far away!

"Interesting" for the next 24 (84?) hours! Warm front brings rain and thunder later tonight, early Friday...then a cold front can bring a round of widely scattered thunderstorms tomorrow afternoon. I won't rule out a strong storm developing, hopefully not over the @TravelersChamp

**FLASH FLOOD WARNING** Southern New London County has picked up A LOT of rain in the last few hours. Training thunderstorms have dropped 2"-3" of rain a short span. Avoid areas that have flooded in the past and NEVER drive through flooded roads. This is in effect until 5:15 AM.
