Today, be aware that God is always standing with you. Reaching out to you during the day at work, in the classroom, on the drive home, around the dinner table at night. Most of us go throughout our day completely oblivious to the everywhereness of God and so, sadly we miss him.

A good daily prayer to pray: “God I need you. I can’t face life alone. Forgive me, help me, guide me.”

No matter how gifted any of us are, no matter how much talent we have, no matter how well we sing or preach or dance or lead worship, small groups, or church boards, it is more important to God by far that we grow in our capacity to give and receive love.

God loves you and cares about the details of your life so you can talk to him about whatever’s on your heart.

Anyone can start a new life with Christ today. Absolutely no one is beyond hope or repair. The smallest step can lead to a whole new path.

Prayer is a two-way conversation and if we'll listen, God'll speak to us by his Spirit. He gives thoughts, impressions and promptings often as we dwell on a key verse in the Bible. Let's create space to listen to God today.

When we chase after God he will begin to change our desires. Gotta be mindful of what we're chasing after.

The truth is without God at the center of our lives, without being led and filled by his Spirit every single day, we’ll chase things that leave us empty and lost.
