@PayPal your support is taking me round in circles. My mobile number has changed, to update I need to login, its uses 2fa and my old mobile. Your process to recover my account give me an error message and the only way to send you a message is to login...... Can you help?

@DellCares hi, I have placed an online order 10days ago. Its due to be delivered today but has not yet been assigned an order number, so I am not hopeful. Your online support portal can't update me and I can't find out how to speak to an agent. Its a US outlet store order.
