@fwmann1e Earlier in the season, when they recruit Mark and Oliver on the spaceship, the intercom mentions heading to the med bay to get the implant installed. I imagine the Viltrumites also have similar tech cause they can't talk in space. Also Zoe doesn't need one cause of her armor.
