He has ALSO committed to diversifying trade and military spending. The recent LNG and Spy Plane deals are him waling the walk on that

literally everyone says "um" – its a sentence filler our brain uses as we think of what to say.

people add "ums" to a politician's quote to make them sound dumb, but leave out the "ums" of a politician they like. Its just dumb and tastless
