Did you miss us? We are back with an episode on @mmccullybrown's wonderful essay collection "Places I've Taken My Body". Listen here or wherever you find podcasts! @EASprecher https://t.co/u1LsNBHT0n
@EASprecher and I recorded this a year ago and so much has changed since in both our lives, but this discussion still warms my heart and lights my disabled scholar fire. Join us in our fangirling by listening to the episode, but mostly go out and read the book. EDI essential!
I was so honoured to be asked to contribute to @the_polyphony's #MedHums101 booklet. This piece of crip time means a lot to me and I hope I made my kin proud. X @BiomedSelfSoc
Please can we stop encouraging people to work from home while sick. If you're sick, you shouldn't be working at all.
But also, let's pair that with sufficient sick pay.
And also, let's make sick pay equitable for folks whose jobs are not hybridizeable
Rewrite the rules.

This one is really special to me. When I got sick as a child, I didn't have any disabled elders in my life to help me with my grief. If there is anything I wish to Pw #longCOVID, it's to tell you that you are not alone. We've been where you are now.
Do you think if your dad had some pineapple the night you were conceived that I would be having this tedious conversation now?
People that should have been an aperitif shouldn’t speak.
I resigned from @Spectrum’s advisory board because of the complete failure to build bridges and meaningfully include my community.
They did not learn anything from that, apparently. https://t.co/w6A8we76py
