@parcelforce Again- it's better to just say we will deliver it on this day so rather than a timeslot. I've never actually had you deliver during the timeslot, so what's the point of saying it?

@parcelforce Why do you provide delivery window times and then not hold to them, and make people wait all day. Would be better off just saying 'We will turn up at some time in the future!' :-(
