@JesseKellyDC How’s your ankle mobility . That usually first thing that throws off squats. Switch to single leg stuff until then.

Split squats , improve your hip hinge(rdl/deadlift), goblet squats, is all you need. Most people just don’t need to do barbell back squats.

Pulled my labs, almost no leptin, low vitamin d. Apparently there’s this thing called energy availability, and if you have really high energy output, you can’t be in very much of a calorie deficit at all. Interesting stuff.
