@travestynv @altNOAA Sister is a NP, mother is an RN. Absolutely true that nurses advocate for patients. Why do they have to? Because administrators don't have patients, they have customers. Accountants override doctor decisions every day. Pretending our healthcare system isn't an industry is dumb.

Industries are made up of businesses for-profit and business decisions are made by administrators and accountants. Doctor's decisions are often redecided by accountants. Its wealthcare.

@altNOAA People assume that business decisions are made by doctors. I know for a fact that in the home healthcare industry decisions on who gets care, the amount and length of that care are decided by administrators and accountants. Customers (not patients) who can prepay given priority.

@5drinkMax @ProudResister @BernieSanders Warren originally my first choice due to her pro-ocean plan. But, when Pete won Iowa I decided to support him. Usually, Iowa winner becomes the nominee. I want to beat Trump. Warren doesn't seem to have momentum. Bernie won popular vote in Iowa, energized base, I think he's it.

I was all set to vote for Pete on Tuesday, #ThankYouPete. But, I have had to rethink my vote in the final moments before this election. And, I can see no way forward that beats Trump except @BernieSanders. My cervix is now a #BernieBro!

In "The Art of War," a basic principle is to deceive the opposition by making them believe the opposite of what is true.
