@Kantrowitz I was hoping for more insightful comments. Just cost cutting or more at play? Big tech perks have historically ignored much more than this.
@alischwanke My experience: sophisticated tech companies think it's sales ops + marketing/marketing ops + SDRs. Most SMBs (especially non-tech) think it's simply CRM management + marketing and they don't have SDRs or much outbound anyway.
