-Took over the Brooks Bandits in his mid 20’s and turned that program into a monster winning 6 championships, including 2 with Cale Makar

-After 17 years with Brooks, he made the jump to the pro’s with the Wheeling Nailers last season

Believe Ahokas turned it down.

Ahokas is viewed as 1 of the best young and upcoming coaches, wouldn’t be surprised if he lands elsewhere in the AHL.
