This yellow nectarine tastes much like your normal yellow peach, just without the fuzz.

What is that reflective stuff on the ground? Well, it's a common trick for tree farmers.

Color up is a film that we use to reflect sunlight on the bottom of the fruit. It helps with the color, size, and flavor of the fruit.

The peaches are taking a ride straight from the field to the packing shed. We pick and transport fruit in these small tote boxes instead of large bins so that they don't get jostled around and bruised.
