I’d love the opportunity to address the text messages they released. I’ve been actively pursuing civil litigation to make that happen. Problem is, a corrupt judge keeps getting in the way. Thankfully an appeals court is still in play and I have faith they will correct this.

@planktonbo86892 Taking what the defense says at absolute truth is willfully ignorant. They’ll say anything for the client. And it’s not the judges place to decide at a motion to dismiss hearing who did what. He says it was consensual. I say it wasn’t - the jury decides who and what they believe.

Got absolutely killed for saying this would eventually be a problem for MSU because of how they handled it. All sorts of big MSU accounts came for me or mocked me.

I don’t just say shit to say it, especially against MSU. They’ll likely settle but probably for a lot more now.
