🚨 NEWS: AS OF THIS MORNING, 1 IN 3 LANDLORDS ARE ANXIOUS TO FIND A TENANT
They are increasing the frequency at which they cut rents, are cutting deeper, and still can't find a tenant

Michigan follows at 38%
DC at 36%
Texas, Alabama, and Indiana tied at 36%

@Tokyo_pi1 I’m watching this episode now. No matter how much money you make, over leveraging yourself with debt is always a trap. People think you need 10 credit cards to build good credit. A person with 1 paid off card is better off than a guy with 10 maxed out cards
BREAKING: Rare magnitude 6.4 earthquake struck 73 miles NW of Cuba in the southern Gulf. Shaking reported all over central Florida.
The previous strongest earthquakes recorded in the Gulf were magnitude 5.8 (in 2006) and 5.9 (in 2006, intraplate). Earthquakes above magnitude 5 are rare for the region, making a 6.4 practically unprecedented in recorded history for the Gulf itself.

@sleepy_devo If you factor in property insurance and cost of maintenance (like replacing a roof every 15 years, replacing the AC unit every 10), you’ll be less inclined to owning. Plus you’re basically renting for 30 years with an average mortgage. Only benefit is inheritance for kids
