I wonder if the damage is already beyond repair?

This is what happens when you vibe code a building.

Adding 16 stories to a century plus old building with out properly considering the load on the structure is not great.

That I-beam is not just bent, the entire building (20 floors above this point) has moved a lot for that column to break like that.

I'm certain the engineers will figure it all out, and this building will not topple over.

Is the damage permanent? Will people want to buy any of the 1600 luxury apartments in the old Pfizer building after this fiasco? Or is all PR good PR?
