Class of 2028 long snapper @CooperMoorman8 made the trip to Eau Claire, WI to chase perfection.

Cooper and I recently started working together virtually, and he made the trip so we could accelerate his development with some hands-on coaching.

We spent a lot of time cleaning up his grip to improve the quality of his spiral and overall consistency. From there, the focus shifted to starting loose, allowing his body to move efficiently, and building the correct kinetic sequence. Once Cooper learned to relax, flow, and let his body throw the ball instead of forcing it with his hands, the ball really started to jump off his fingertips.

Cooper has a great frame, works hard, and has a lot of potential. It was great getting to meet his dad, former NFL punter @brianmoorman , and hear some of the insight he’s gained throughout his career. Now I’m looking forward to helping Cooper carve out his own path and seeing how far long snapping can take him.
