@TMobile I have spent hours with your team trying to get our bill correct. After 1.5 hours last month I was assured everything was fixed and that my March bill would reflect the correct total. Please fix this for this month and going forward. The bill is 4x what I was told.

@TMobileHelp The promotions and down payments are what brought the total down to $74 plus taxes and fees. He assured me that everything would start again and it would be one of 24 months when I spoke with him, but none of that took affect.

@TMobileHelp for $100 promotion as well as the four free iPhone 17 my wife got an iPhone 17 Pro. We made substantial down payment on all of those iPhones and given the four lines for $100 promotion and the amortization of the down payment for each one of the phones over the period of time.

@TMobileHelp None of the promotions were applied to my account again. I spoke with a man named Earl last month who made adjustments at that time and assured me that this month when I got my bill, it would be $74 and change plus the required taxes and fees. The bill was $250 this month.
