Realizing your training/workout is a part of a long journey, that never ends, can be hard to wrap your head around. Don’t over think things. Take it a day or a workout at a time. When you start to think about how much farther you have you can get overwhelmed. Stay in the moment.
A goal will keep you accountable it will keep you disciplined it will keep you focused. Some days you will feel like you are right around the corner from your goal and other days it will feel like you might not ever get there. Both days are part of the process. #payhim
