I just spoke to the Madeira Chamber of Commerce where this was one of the topics. If you want answers regarding your property taxes here in Hamilton County or Ohio property taxes in general, the blame should be on the State Legislature that has neglected to do anything to balance this out over the last few decades. This thread from Chris is a great summation of how we’ve gotten here and the rest of this thread is the change that needs to happen at the state level of policy.
