@svpino I think this is backwards. Token prices have dropped ~90% in 3 years. GPT-3 was $60/M tokens in 2020. Today's frontier models run $5-10/M, and small models are under $0.50/M. The trajectory is down, not up. Every major provider offers cheap and premium tiers.

@VerizonSupport In order to speak to an agent, you have to login, which requires my phone, which when you don't have your phone, the process ends up in an endless loop. Big fan of MFA, but cell phones are often missing, so that being the only MFA is really bad design.
