@worldplayground saves you the most money on travel.
Unlike traditional agencies, we will never charge you a single cent of commission, and we will never keep one either.
Finally, a travel booking platform you can trust, is here.

So cool!!! Glad it found its way out of the archives, and I remember that game fondly! I believe we also traded for Sergei Fedorov on the same day!
Give my best to your wife and thanks for sharing!!
@brookslaich recently found this while unpacking in our forever home. My now wife drew this while we were dating (circa 2013). You were my favorite player ever since your 2+2 game against the Wild in 2008.
I would advise against it, especially for anything on ice. You donโt want to teach your feet to move slow.
If anything, use ankle weights to strengthen hips and groin in the weight room through unique range of motion exercises. And keep the weight really low, these types of exercises (when done correctly) can be extremely difficult even without ankle weights.
Disagree. Resistance bands absolutely can be used to make one a better skater, we used them year after year.
The instructor and the skater must understand the purpose and intent of the drill, and how the resistance applies to it. When that is in unison, it can certainly be an effective tool.
Tension exposes weakness in a stride. It teaches one to load specific edges in manners they wouldnโt have otherwise.
They also reinforce balance and force the skater to center their mass over the edge they are on.
And finally, the added load can teach a skater to finish their stride fully, which then really shows up once the resistance is removed. Makes you feel like a rocket.
Huge advocate when done right, did it every single year of my career.
@AmericanAir travel advisor here, please help me understand the logic of todayโs occurrenceโฆ
Flight is delayed for 1.5 hours as we sit on the tarmac. They then open the doors for passengers to get off the plane if they fear they are not going to make their connection. A few do, but this takes easily 15-30 minutes extra.
This then jeopardizes the connections of everyone else on board that is trying to make their connections.
Why prioritize the few over the many?
Just trying to learn here, please educate me.
Flight #1: @delta = canceled
Flight #2: @AmericanAir = canceled
Rent a car and drive 2 hours from JFK to PHL
Flight #3: @AmericanAir = success
Owning a travel agency doesnโt make me any more immune to travel disruptions than you - itโs part of the game.
Find a way to turn it from a frustration into a mini adventure. We literally get to move around the world while watching tv, be thankful for that.
Thereโs a hidden cost in almost every hotel and cruise booking. Hereโs how much itโs actually costing you, and how we eliminated it.
Hereโs our guide on how to spot (and skip) the hidden fees other sites wonโt show you.
Never overpay on travel again.

The quiet math of OTA's....
Same hotel. Same room. A different price.
On hotel stays, @worldplayground saves travelers an average of 18% compared with the next-lowest price for the same room available elsewhere online. The highest savings we've seen is nearly 40%!
Not a flash sale. Not a members-only trick. Just net rates, exactly as we receive them, with no commission added to the total.
The room was always this price. Other booking sites secretly add their commission on top and keep the difference, and they never show you that line.
It has been the quiet math of online travel for nearly thirty years - and it made me so mad that we started @worldplayground because of it! ๐ค
We never add that commission, and we promise we never will. The price we get that room for is the price you pay.
So you never have to overpay for travel again. And with a simple retweet, you can save all your friends from doing so as well.

Thank you Russ for the feature on @worldplayground and how we are saving travelers and families the most money on travel!
Was also fun to chat some hockey - I always appreciate the opportunity to do that as well!
Give it a read friends, and thanks again Russ!
A story about @brookslaich and his new travel business. A look back at his time with Alex Ovechkin and his time with the Seattle Thunderbirds. https://t.co/ErMCCrQ01f #hockey#Travel#AllCaps
Great to chat with @brookslaich!
The former Caps star has some new... goals... in his life now, notably his travel company @worldplayground
We spoke about the venture, Alex Ovechkin, and the one story he canโt believe people in the DMV still remember
