@BCFerries I'm trying to book for next Friday but suddenly no new bookings. Is this a result of the mechanical problems for today? Do you anticipate it'll reopen or should I be making other plans? Thank you! (And good luck with the mechanical issues!)
@AmericanAir Officially told it was weather (because there were storms) but we also knew (because some employees admitted) it was software problems that compounded the problems. People’s lives were disrupted, family events missed, as a result of ops/communications fails you’re not owning.
@AmericanAir your management of the flight delays and cancellation today is a master class in dysfunction, distrust, and alienating customers. App, internet, emails, and gate monitors all had different information. Patently false info passed as “updates.” Shame!
@AmericanAir I’m sorry, that’s not true. We had the gate agent, the gate monitors, the app, and emails all saying different things. We were told a pilot was on the way but could see his flight out of Rochester hadn’t boarded. We waited hours and the flight was canceled.

@officialdstvsa Wow this has got to be the WORST customer service I’ve encountered. I paid via @SnapScanApp on your website. Money is out of my account. But your chat “help” insists on all my personal details, not enough to show proof of purchase via @SnapScanApp.

@klejdys @JohnFer11763014 What a game! Two of the greats. Sorry Mahommes let his class drop and couldnt pull himself together. It's frustrating, I'm sure, but he's better than this. Easier to blame the refs than to admit 'we're not as good as we used to be.'
