Not how to guarantee an offer.

How to make yourself easier to find, evaluate, contact, and recruit.

Experience: hot and fresh burger, smash burger 🥲 bun was burnt, not ideal.. flavorful, price point meh for a smash burger, second attempt at coming here last time it was an hour and a half wait. Kind of old school soda grill type of feel, no SMU memorabilia, staff relatively friendly. Got here upon opening to avoid a long wait, and generally underwhelmed with the overall experience, not sure if I understand the long wait time for a Friday afternoon lunch time window we experienced previously.

Guest eater: @BentonLeDouxFB my first even repeat guest, loved the decor and overall vibe of the restaurant, agreed with a pretty average food experience.

Experience: typically stick to a simple burger for fair comp, was sold on the voodoo burger by the bartender. By the way Mavis (bartender) was awesome, small town bar feel, very welcoming. Great price point for burger and fries ($12.50 in total for a combo) Non smash burger! Juicy, fresh, jalapeño cheddar bun was out of this world. My only knock is not food related… need to get some SMU memorabilia on display. Might be the best burger I’ve had to this point in time. Shoutout @carson_tk for being insistent on stopping here.

Experience: A local chain type establishment, no SMU memorabilia the burger was very good, you can tell the quality of the ingredients, not a smash burger IYKYK. Properly seasoned, for the price point alone you’d expect it to come with a side (a la carte style). There are better options between here and campus, but would definitely come back by. Love their battle of the burger concept!
