We compared polling-unit results uploaded to INEC's IReV portal with the declared returns in two 2023 Rivers State National Assembly races.

In the Obio/Akpor House of Representatives race, the IReV count puts Onunwor Ndamati (LP) ahead by 30,778 votes. INEC declared Chinda Kingsley Ogundu (PDP) the winner.

In the Rivers East Senate race, the IReV count puts Okwuwolu Wolu Ekelechi Benjamin (LP) ahead by 13,043. INEC's declaration gave Onyesoh Allwell Heacho (PDP) a 59,558-vote lead.
