My favorite actor of all time, Robert Redford, passed away today. :-( An absolute genius at his craft. Butch Cassidy and The Sundance Kid, Brubaker, All The Presidents Men, The Great Gatsby, The Natural, the list goes on and on. He always delivered. We lost a great one today…

We lost a musical giant today. A true genius. The blueprint for so many bands; P-Funk, EW&F, Prince & The Revolution, and so many more. Definitely a huge influence on me. We were just talking about him yesterday on our way home from GA! RIP Sly Stone. You were one of one!

Sooo we go in for a routine Dr’s appointment today, and guess what?? Doc wants to induce asap. WE’RE HAVING OUR BABY BOY TODAY! We ran home, packed our bags, took some last day pregnancy pics in our front yard, and headed to the hospital. We’re here. Please keep us prayed up! 🙏🏾

Yesterday we performed in Wellington on the southeast corner of the north New Zealand island, on the coast of the Pacific Ocean. Tonight, we’re in Auckland on the northwest corner of the north island, on the coast of the Tasman Sea. Craziness! Last show of the tour. Home tomorrow

Nellie (Cyndi Lauper), Trisha (Cher), and I went out to dinner last night here in Wellington, NZ at a fabulous Chinese restaurant. Our hotel is right next to the venue, St James Theatre, where we’re performing tonight. Should be a fun show! Only 2 more to go! 😱

Last night’s show in ChristChurch, New Zealand was outstanding! Another packed house. And the venue, Isaac Theatre Royal, was GORGEOUS! We fly to Wellington, NZ today, and have tonight off. Two more shows (Friday and Saturday) and the tour is over. It’s been an awesome ride!

It’s not often that a musician can say “I performed on a stage that THE BEATLES perfomed on”. Well last night that happened! 🤯 We were at Dunedin Town Hall in Dunedin, New Zealand. The same venue that The Fab Four and so many other great artists have rocked! Pretty cool, huh?!
